The Soothing Wellness Session was the ultimate relaxation for me. I find it difficult to switch off but Katy has a magical ability to make you feel calm, relaxed, seen, heard and understood. She is truly amazing at her craft. Thanks for the 90 minutes of calm and tranquility.

I had a massage and facial and left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and renewed. Katy has a wonderful massage technique that felt deeply relaxing to my nervous system while invigorating my face, head and body. Highly recommend!! Oh, and the treatment room looks out over Currumbin beach which a pretty special too.

Walking through the green doors at The Energy Room, Currumbin Beach, I instantly felt grounded. As a busy mum, it was everything I needed to reset & get ready for the year ahead.
